Outcome
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Twelfth (12th) Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 21October 2019were approved by the shareholders at the AGM held today. All the resolutions were voted on poll at the 12th AGM and the results were validated by Mr. Lim, the representative from YT Associates, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The details of the results of the poll are set out below.
