The Board of Directors of HARTALEGA is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") dated 4 August 2014 in relation to the Proposed Establishment of a New Employees' Share Option Scheme ("Proposed New ESOS") and the proposed reduction in quantum from 15% to 10% under the Proposed New ESOS pursuant to the announcement released to Bursa Malaysia on 20 August 2014 were approved by the shareholders at the EGM held on 26 August 2014.
