The Board of Directors of Kimlun Corporation Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held at Eugenia Room, Ground Floor, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A, Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 2 January 2014 at 2.30 p.m. A copy of the Notice of the EGM is attached. Please note that the Notice of the EGM will be advertised in "New Straits Times" on 6 December 2013.
