The Board of Directors of K-Star wishes to announce that the sole resolution at the CCM for Warrant Holders of the Company held today as listed in the CCM for Warrant Holders of the Company Notice dated 5 February 2021 was duly approved by the Warrant Holders of the Company.

The voting in respect of the resolution was carried out by way of poll via remote participation and electronic voting and the result was validated by SharePolls Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
