Outcome
The Board of Directors of Shin Yang Shipping Corporation Berhad ("SYSCORP"or the "Company") wishes to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 31stOctober 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 13th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll werevalidated by David Siaw & Co Advocates, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
