Outcome

The Board of Directors of Tatt Giap Group Berhad (‘the Company”) is pleased to announce that the resolution set out in the Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) of the Company dated 29 November 2016 was duly approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the EGM held today. The result of the poll was validated by Messrs Value Creator Consultancy, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
