Malaysia Marine and Heavy Engineering Holdings Berhad ("MHB") is pleased to announce that at the 28th Annual General Meeting ("AGM")of MHB, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 28th AGM dated 24 March 2017, were duly passed by the shareholders.

The voting in respect of the resolutions was carried outby way of a poll and the results were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by MHB. Details of the said results are set out in the attachment.
