The Board of Directors of CENSOF HOLDINGS BERHAD is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Tenth Annual General Meeting ("10th AGM") dated 31 July 2018 were duly passed by way of e-polling voting at the 10th AGM held on 5 September 2018.

The results of the poll was verified by the Independent Scrutineer Mr Yip Yih Peng from Mega Business Consultancy Division.
