Outcome

The Board of Directors of Berjaya FoodBerhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 5October 2016 were dulypassed by poll. The results of the poll is set out in the attachment below.

The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
