Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the 8th Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") of the Company dated 31 October 2018 were duly approved by shareholders of the Company by way of poll at the 8th AGM of the Company held on Tuesday, 4 December 2018. The results of the poll were validated by Deloitte Risk AdvisorySdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
