The Board of Directors MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("MSM") is pleased to inform that the 4th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of MSM held on Tuesday, 2 June 2015 at 11.00 a.m. at Banquet Hall 1, Level B2, Menara Felda, Platinum Park, No. 11, Persiaran KLCC, 50088 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

All the Resolutions except Resolution 4 on the re-election of Datuk Haji Faizoull Ahmadas a Director were passed and carried by the shareholders present.

As such, Datuk Haji Faizoull Ahmad had ceased as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
