The Board of Directors of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("MSM") wishes to announce the voting results on the resolutions presented at the 6th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of MSM. Voting on the resolutions was carried out by way of e-polling and the results were validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by MSM.

We are pleased to inform that all resolutions 1 to 11 as set out in the Notice of the6th AGM dated20 April 2017, were duly passed by way of simple majority by the shareholders. Details of thesaid results are set out in the attachment.
