The Board of Directors of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad ("MSM") wishes to announce the voting results on the resolutions presented at the 7th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of MSM. Voting on the resolutions was carried out by way of e-polling and the results were validated by Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by MSM.

We are pleased to inform that all resolutions 1 to11 as set out in the Notice of the7th AGM dated23 April 2018, were duly passed by the shareholders of MSM. Details of thesaid results are set out in the attachment.
