Prestariang Berhad ("PRESTARIANG") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Ninth Annual General Meeting ("9thAGM")dated 27 November 2019were duly passed by the shareholders of PRESTARIANG by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll which were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by PRESTARIANG.
