Prestariang Berhad ("PRESTARIANG") is pleased to announce that all resolutions set out in the Notice of Seventh Annual General Meeting ("7thAGM")dated 27 April 2017 were duly passed by the shareholders of PRESTARIANG by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll which were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by PRESTARIANG, are set out in Appendix I.
This announcement is dated 22 May 2017.
