The Board of Directors of SBC Corporation Berhad ("SBC") wishes to announce that at the Twenty-ninth Annual General Meeting of SBC duly convened and held this morning, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 31 July 2019 were duly passed by the members present by way of poll.

The results of the poll which were validated by Wensen Consulting Asia (M) Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are as set out below -
