Outcome
The Board of Directors of Bumi Armada Berhad ("Bumi Armada" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Seventeenth Annual General Meeting ("17th AGM") of the Company dated 23 May 2013 were passed at the Company's 17th AGM held today.
Accordingly as announced on 18 April 2013, Tunku Ali Redhauddin ibni Tuanku Muhriz has succeeded Dato' Sri Mahamad Fathil bin Dato' Mahmood as Chairman of the Company and Dato' Ahmad Fuad bin Md Ali has retired as a Director, all effective upon the conclusion of the Company's 17th AGM.
