The Board of Directors of Bumi Armada Berhad ("Bumi Armada" or "Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice ofthe Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("23rdAGM") of our Company dated 30April 2019hasbeen passed at the Company's 23rdAGM held today.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn Bhd), the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
