The Board of Directors of SapuraKencana Petroleum Berhad (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at the Second Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 4 July 2013, the shareholders of the Company have approved all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Second Annual General Meeting dated 12 June 2013.
