Outcome
The Board of Directors of Globaltec FormationBerhad ("GFB") wishes to announce that the shareholders of GFB have at the SeventhAnnual General Meeting ("7thAGM") held this morning, approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of 7th AGM dated 31 October 2018 ("Resolutions").
The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by Axcelasia Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., an independent scrutineer appointed by GFB. The voting results are set out below.
