The Board of Directors of Globaltec Formation Berhad ("GFB") wishes to announce that the shareholders of GFB have at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") held this afternoon, approved all the resolutions as set out in the notice of EGMdated 31 October 2018 ("Resolutions").

The voting in respect of the Resolutions was carried out by way of a poll, results of which were validated by Axcelasia Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., an independent scrutineer appointed by GFB. The voting results are set out below.
