The Board of Directors of Tune Protect GroupBerhad("Tune Protect Group") is pleased to announce that the resolutions set outin the Notice of the Sixth Annual General Meeting ("6th AGM") dated 28 April 2017were duly passed at the 6th AGM of Tune Protect Groupheld earlier today.

All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 6th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by Tune Protect Group. The details of the poll results are set out in the attachment.
