The Board of Directors of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (" the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resoltuions tabled at the Twentieth Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday, 16 August 2017 at 10.30 am at the abovestated venue were duly approved by way of poll by the shareholders of the Company.

The results of the poll were validated by Wensen Consulting Asia (M) Sdn Bhd, the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
