Outcome

The Board of Directors of Solid AutomotiveBerhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutionsset out in the notice of 4thAnnual General Meeting ("4th AGM") dated 26 August2016 were duly passed at the 4th AGM, which was held on 27 September2016.

All resolutions tabled at the AGM were voted by poll and results of the poll were validated by Mr Pang Nam Ming of Needsbridge Advisory Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
