The Board of Directors of Solid Automotive Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions set out in the notice of the Sixth Annual General Meeting ("6th AGM") dated 30th August 2018 were duly passed at the 6th AGM held on 27 September 2018.

All resolutions tabled at the 6th AGM were voted by poll and results of the poll were verified by Mr Pang Nam Ming of M/s Needsbridge Advisory Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Please also refer to the attachment for the poll results.
