The Board of Directors of Bermaz AutoBerhad (formerly known as Berjaya Auto Berhad) ("the Company") is pleased to annouce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Seventh Annual General Meeting held on 10October 2017 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll is set out in the attachment below.

The Board of Directors is also pleased to annouce that the poll results has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs LT Lim & Associates.
