The Board of Directors of Bermaz Auto Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's Ninth Annual General Meeting held on 4 October 2019 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll is set out below.

The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the poll results has been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer, namely, Messrs Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn Bhd(formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn. Bhd.).
