The Board of Directors of Ikhmas Jaya GroupBerhad ("the Company") wishes toannounce that all resolutions as set out in the notice convening the 4th Annual General Meeting ("4th AGM") dated 28 April 2017 were duly passed at the 4th AGM of the Company held earlier todayby way of poll voting.
