Outcome
The Board of Directors of Ikhmas Jaya Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the notice convening the 6th Annual General Meeting ("6th AGM") dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed at the 6th AGM of the Company held earlier today by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll were validated by Quantegic Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
