The Board of Directors of Chin Hin Group Berhad("Chin Hin"or"the Company") wishes to announce thatthe shareholders of Chin Hinhave at its Fourth (4th) Annual General Meeting("AGM")held on 31 May 2018passed all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of AGM dated 30April 2018by way of voting on poll.Theresults of the poll are as per attachment.

The results of the poll were validated by Niche Unity Consultants Sdn. Bhd., the Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
