Outcome

The Board of Directors of Mynews Holdings Berhad (formerly known as Bison Consolidated Berhad) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 5th Annual General Meeting ("5th AGM") of the Company dated 28February 2018 were duly approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll, at the 5th AGM held on Thursday, 29 March 2018. The results of the poll were validated by Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The detailed results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
