Outcome
The Board of Directors of Mynews Holdings Berhad("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 6th Annual General Meeting ("6th AGM") of the Company dated 28February 2019 were duly approved by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll, at the 6th AGM held on Friday, 29 March 2019. The results of the poll were validated by Boardroom Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Boardroom Corporate Services (KL) Sdn. Bhd, the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
The detailed results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
