Outcome
The Board of Directors of Dancomech Holdings Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions tabled at the Company's FifthAnnual General Meeting held on 25 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll voting.
The results of the poll which were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company, are set out in the attachment.
