The Board of Directors of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad ("the Company" or "SDHB") wishes to announce that resolutions as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company dated 24October 2019 and tabled at the said Extraordinary General Meeting held on 18 November 2019 were duly passed by poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment below.
The Board of Directors is also pleased to announce that the pollresults have been duly verified by the Independent Scrutineer namely, Asia Secruties Sdn. Bhd.
