Integrated Logistics Berhad ("ILB") wishes to announce that all the9Ordinary Resolutions and theSpecial Resolutionas set out in the Notice of ILB's 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 20 March 2019 were duly approved by shareholders by way of poll at ILB's 27th AGM held today.

The results of the poll were validated by Mr Tan Hock Kim, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.

The detailed results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
