Outcome
The Board of Directors of Ipmuda Berhad ("the Company") is pleasedto announce that all the twelve(12) resolutions set out in the Notice of the Forty-ThirdAnnual General Meeting ("43rdAGM") of the Company dated 31 October 2018were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 43rdAGM held earlier today.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Symphony Corporatehouse Sdn. Bhd.,the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company. Details of the poll results are set out below.
