The Board of Directors of PETRONAS Dagangan Berhad ("Company") wishes to inform that the shareholders of the Company have at the 33rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today passed all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 23 March 2015 by way of a show of hands.

The Shareholders were also informed that YBhg Datuk Wan Zulkiflee bin Wan Ariffin who retires in accordance with Article 93 of the Companies Articles of Association has expressed his intention not to seek re-election at this AGM. Hence, he shall retire at the conclusion of the 33rd AGM.
