The Board of Directors of Country Heights Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Thirty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("35th AGM") dated 30 April 2019were duly passed by way of poll at the 35th AGM held on 26June 2019.
