We wish to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Third Annual General Meeting ("23rd AGM") of Oriental Interest Berhad (“the Company”) held on 21 November 2016 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by Boardroom Business Solution Sdn Bhd, the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
