We wish to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fifth Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM") of Oriental Interest Berhad ("the Company") held on 22 November 2018 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
