We wish to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting ("24th AGM") of Oriental Interest Berhad ( the Company ) held on 26 November 2017 were duly passed by way of poll. The results of the poll were duly verified by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn. Bhd., the independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
