The Board of Directors of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia)Berhad ("DHMB") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the notice of the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting ("26th AGM") of the Company dated April 24, 2018 and tabled at the 26th AGM of the Company held today, May 23, 2018, were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said 26th AGM.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities SdnBerhad,the Independent Scrutineers appointed by the Company.
