The Board of Directors of DKSH Holdings (Malaysia) Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutionstabled at the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company held today were duly approvedby the shareholders.
All resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Asia Securities Sdn Berhad, the Independent Scrutineerappointed by the Company.
