The Board of Directors of MTD ACPI Engineering Berhad ("the Company") is pleased to announce the outcome of the Twenty-SixthAnnual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") held on 5 September 2019 as follows:

1) The Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 March 2019together with the Reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon tabled at the AGM under Agenda 1, were duly received; and

2) All resolutions as set out in the Notice of the AGM dated 31 July 2019were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company by way of poll.

The results of the poll wereverified byMega Business Consultancy Division, anIndependent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
