Outcome
The Board of Directors of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. ("BPHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the resolution as set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting dated 7 October 2019 was duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today.

The resolution was voted by poll and the result of the poll was validated by Coopers Professional Scruitineers Sdn. Bhd., the independent scrutineer appointed by the Company.
