Outcome
The Board of Directors of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. ("BPHB")would liketo announce that allthe ordinary resolutions tabled at the ExtraordinaryGeneral Meeting held today were duly approved by the shareholders. Allthe resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Coopers Professional Scrutineers Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
