The Board of Directors of Amverton Berhad wishes to announce that atits Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting ("29th AGM") held on 20 June 2019, all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 29th AGM dated 30 April 2019 were duly passed by way of poll voting.
The independent scrutineer appointed for the verification of the poll results is Asia Securities Sdn Berhad (12716-H).
The detailed results of the poll are set out in the attachment.
