The Board of Directors of MBM Resources Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held at The Auditorium, LG Floor, Sime Darby Convention Centre, 1A, Jalan Bukit Kiara 1, 60000 Kuala Lumpur on Wednesday, 19 November 2014 at 10.30 a.m. A copy of the Notice of the EGM is attached. Please note that the notice of the EGM will be advertised in "New Straits Times" on 4 November 2014. Kindly note that the amendment was made on the MAICSA number of the Company Secretary.
