The Board of Directors of Pacific & Orient Berhad ("Company") is pleased to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 25th Annual General Meeting ("25th AGM")dated 22 January 2019 were duly passed by way of poll at the 25th AGM of the Company held today.
