The Board of Directors of SHL Consolidated Bhd (“the Company”) wishes to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company (“19th AGM”) were duly approved by the shareholders and/or proxy holders present at the 19th AGM held today.

Mr Chin Yu Tow @ Cheng Yu Thou who retires pursuant to Section 129 of the Companies Act, 1965 and does not seek for re-appointment as Director of the Company has retired as director of the Company at the 19th AGM.
